Grades - K-2 3-5 6-8 9-12

This site has excellent resources and ideas for teachers of K-12 students, including comet recipes, crater experiments, and pointers to hands-on activities which drive home the scale of the solar system. The information is accurate and accessible to the target audience. There is less information for the general public or college students. The site is easily navigated and should work with most browsers. Some readily-available plug-ins (such as QuickTime) are needed for some information. The parent page (www.noao.edu) has good resources for the general public and students of all ages, although it is not targeted primarily at education. A very nice, useful site.
