AAAS/Subaru Essay Writing Competition for K–12 Educators Science NetLinks is pleased to announce that its seventh annual AAAS/Subaru Essay Writing Competition for K–12 Educators is now open for submissions. The competition, which is open to teachers from the United States and Canada, offers teachers the opportunity to share their knowledge on designing science lesson plans and integrating technology into the classroom in a short essay. Five teachers will win the opportunity to attend the 2010 AAAS Annual Meeting in San Diego in February. Each winner will receive admission to the meeting, an $800 stipend for travel and hotel expenses, and a subscription to SB&F. More information about the competition can be found here.
